Step 1:
According to the geographical map of Spain, the harvesting areas are located in the south-east of the country. They are located precisely between 3 major Spanish cities: Madrid, Valencia & Granada, so we are in the obligation to establish a warehouse in a strategic location in the sense that it is not far from major production centers.
We had a little disagreement between the cities chosen for the warehouse where we will collect the products before sending them to the delivery site. The choice was between Albacete and Valencia. For the first one, it’s due to its location between the 3 cities and therefore its strategic position. But the second remains an inevitable location and the closest to the delivery site.
For the platform of delivery, it was very judicious to choose a city in the south-west of France, it is in this case Perpignan, and therefore, from this city, we distribute to the rest of France.

Step 2:
According to the information provided in the documents in the appendices, we distinguish that our choice of collection warehouse i.e Valencia, is the right choice. That said, from Perpignan, we can deliver to other cities in France.
Delivery routes will start from Perpignan to 3 essential destinations: The first:
Perpignan 🡺 Carcassonne 🡺 Bordeaux 🡺 Rennes.
The second: Perpignan 🡺 Narbonne 🡺 Lyon and then Lyon, there will be two other destinations:
Lyon 🡺 Besançon 🡺 Strasbourg
Lyon 🡺 Cergy 🡺 Lille
To illustrate that we have:
