Please ensure that you discuss the internship requirements with your supervisor. Complete and sign the enclosed Proposal Form (twice) and have it countersigned by the supervisor.All internships have to be approved by the Internship Coordinator, Undergraduate Programs before they commence.
Procedure
You should decide which industry and which functional area of business is of most interest to you. We would very much appreciate if you would try to find a business, where you can undertake supervised internship, which would enable you to satisfy the course objectives, as laid out in the TRNG3000 syllabus (International Business Internship for BBA and BSBA students) / TRNG2003 syllabus (International Business Internship for BCOMME students) and in the TRNG1001 Syllabus (Business Internship I).
If unable to do so, please contact Director of Career Services at the IUM, who, whenever possible, will help you to find a suitable placement.
Please remember that in order to work in Monaco you must be Monegasque or European Union resident.

Submit completed proposal form for approval to the Internship Coordinator.
If approved you will be registered for the internship module.
If necessary, an Internship Agreement (Convention de Stage), will be issued (to be completed by you and your employer).
Evaluation Form, which has to be completed by your supervisor, will be send to the employer at the end of your internship. It has to be returned to the Internship Coordinator.
Whenever necessary, the university will be in contact with your supervisor by phone or e-mail, in order to evaluate your punctuality, attitude, performance, integration, during the internship.
One month after completion of the internship you are required to hand in a written report (see Report Guidelines in the syllabus). You will then be given a date for an oral presentation.
Failure to hand in your report or presenting on time will result in an "Incomplete" ("I") grade to be entered. Please see the Student Handbook and Catalog.
