Mike Tyson was born on 30th June 1966, in New York in the district of Brooklyn. Mike Tyson is a former American boxer.

First he was having difficulties growing up in the Brownsville Ghetto.

He had a very difficult childhood. He revealed in 2014 that he was also sexually abused at the age of seven by a stranger. At the age of 8 he fell quickly into delinquency and was placed in a reformatory. There he was noticed by goaltender Bobby Stewart, a former boxer and former Golden Gloves winner. Shortly after, Bobby Stewart saw a lot of potential in Mike and sent him to the establishment of Cus D'amato to train boxing. He became the best student of Amato and considered him his spiritual father.

After he won the world title when he was 20 years old in the heavy category, he made himself known, and he won a lot of fights and prizes. He was then much admired by his audience.

In 1992, Tyson was sentenced to six years in prison after being convicted of rape on Desiree Washington. He got out of prison in 1995 for good conduct. This event has turned his career upside down but once he got out of prison he still took up fights. He won two titles the WBA and the WBC. In 1997 during the game, Tyson was disqualified for having bitten the ear of Holyfield, his opponent. He retired from the competition in February 2005 at the age of 39, after losing twice in a row to Danny Williams and Kevin Mcbride.
