Object: Residence permit of Mr X

For The Prefecture,

Dear Sir or Madam,

In November 2017, Mr X applied for a 10- year residence permit.

So far he has had no feedback about it, or information concerning processing time which has

been under way for 18 months.

He submitted all the relevant information in support of his application, (tax assessment, pay

slips, documents about his daughter’s schooling and also legal decisions.)

Mr X is currently hospitalized in a neurological rehabilitation centre and so is unable to

personally collect his permit receipt, let alone every three months.

I even inquired about this delay, but I have had no response about his case.

Mr X would thus like to have a reply as soon as possible so as to learn when his 10 -year

residence permit will be granted and so terminate the need for receipts which are valid for three

months.
