This theory had a particular impact in the field of education where it inspired teachers and educators to explore new ways of teaching aimed these different intelligences.

Intrapersonal
-Intrapersonal intelligence (also known as Self Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence.) has been said to be the road to achievement, learning, and personal satisfaction. It is about being connected to who you are and how you feel, knowing your own limits and abilities, strengths and weaknesses. Intrapersonal intelligence is involved in making decisions and setting goals for yourself, self-management, and self-reflection. The core characteristics of a person with a highly developed intrapersonal intelligence are affective awareness (Affective awareness is the knowledge of your feelings, attitudes, and outlook), ethical awareness, and self-regulation.
Interpersonal
-Interpersonal Intelligence is the ability to understand and interact effectively with the people around you and their motives, emotions, desires, fears, intentions, moods and perspectives. It involves effective verbal and non-verbal communication. This type of intelligence is important in managing relationships, understanding situations, and negotiating conflict. It is especially applicable in careers that require insight and a sensitivity to what someone else is thinking or feeling, such as teaching, acting, politic, psychology, or sales. Ex: Oprah Winfrey. They can use that intelligence to manipulate, persuade, entertain, comfort, please, or control people in negative or positive ways. Young adults with this kind of intelligence are leaders among their peers (little groups), are good at communicating, and seem to understand other's feelings and motives.
Logical-Mathematical
-Logical-mathematical intelligence is the ability to calculate, qualify, consider propositions and hypotheses, and carry out complete mathematical operation it enables us to perceive relationships and connections and to use abstract, symbolic thought; sequential reasoning skills; and inductive and deductive thinking patterns. Logical intelligence is usually well developed in mathematicians, scientists, and detectives. Young adults with lots of logical intelligence are interested in patterns, categories, and relationships. They are drawn to arithmetic problems, strategy games and experiments. These thinkers are critical and relentless questioners. They easily grasp the intricacies of complex problems and are attracted to computers and puzzles that draw on their reasoning abilities. They need things to make sense logically and can get quite annoyed when things don’t make sense. They enjoy the challenge of systematically and analytically working through a difficult problem to its logical conclusion.
Before the advent of MI theory, logical-mathematical intelligence was considered the standard intelligence, the "raw intellect" on which Western culture has placed a high premium. Though MI theory agrees that logical-mathematical intelligence is indeed a key section of the intellect, it is by no means the only section that must be explored and cultivated.
Since the first time the term ‘leader’ started, there were many questions that had led to many more misunderstandings about the real meaning of it, and about whom this person truly is and how can we recognize him… First and to begin with, a leader is a guide; it’s the light of hope that makes everyone ambitious and makes them want to achieve something about themselves. However, a leader ‘doesn’t give orders to his employees’, he ‘works with his team’ in the most harmonious way. He makes them want to work harder so as to reach the top. This amazing person is known by many qualities and many skills.
