Title
“A table!”
a website which references products good for the producer and the consumer.
Opportunity and Problem
Nowadays the consumers are interested in what they consume. Not what they eat
but the things where they come from. They put more emphasis on consume green
and healthy food. So value of our platform is that: good for health, respect the
environment and producers.
Nowadays in this aggressive market. There are many competitors between us.
There are many competitors are focus on the other things of their consumers and not
the respect for environment and producers.
For example they focus on the delicious food for consumers.
They focus on how to make the products delicious but forget the health and
environment green. it is really complicate to meet into all those range of products
which try to deceive the consumer by an aggressive marketing.
For example they tell the consumers that this kind of thing is very tasty and also
health and less pollution for the environment , but the fact is that this product do
delicious but this is exactly not good for health and do nothing to protect the
environment.
Another example is that, they play with the packaging to trick the consumers. They
make the packaging very delicate to the consumers but the things inside is not as
delicate as the packaging. It is also hard to find the good price and to keep the reflex
to pick the “good” product.
Solution
We want to create a website for help people. Because people don’t know which label
correspond to what. Indeed, the director marketing of the brand try to trick people

with lot of things like the packaging or some advertises which can influence people to
decide if they will take or not this product.
First, we want to give all the tools to have the good behaviour and the good reflex.
So, all the labels should explain what is the significance of their labels.
And we want to refer lot of products to help people: if the products respect or not the
environment or something like that. If the products were tested on animals. Where
the products come from.
So, we can say that the website will easy to use because it’s not for take time but for
win time because people will understand easier what is correspond to.
We can add, that will work as a comparator, you write the name of the products and
you will have all the details about it. Like the quality, the taste, the origins of the
products.
Market Validation
We want to know if people are ready to change their way of consumption. For that,
we read articles and we noticed some interesting results.
By IFOP 2017, actually 70% of French people are ready to change their way of
consumption, that is to say, eat less fat,sweet and salt.
Moreover, among them, 40% have already change their consumption.
For example, they eat organic food although the organic ms doubled in 20 years and
eat more products from the producer.
An important for our innovation is that, 69% of French People are ready to pay more
in order to pay better the producer, it would be interesting from a political point of
view because actually producer have difficulties to have a good revenue.
Market Size
The market Size of bio is very interesting and it’s a market in continuous evolution
which is a good deal for new businesses, we also know that the bio market
competitors are known and not many which is a good point that can be useful to get
a respectable part of market at the beginning, after some researches we found that
the market size is about 7 billion euro which is a big amount and this number is
increasing every year, biocoop one of the biggest leaders of this market have
already 1 billion euro of turnover which is a firm that can be one of our partner and
we will explain why after on the text, and which is interesting about this market is that
France is the 3 rd world’s biggest market of bio after United States and Germany.
Another number is very interesting to know, is that 9 of 10 French consumed Bio
products in 2016 among them 7 consume it every month and they buy in order of
preference fruits and vegetables, milk and dairy products, eggs, groceries - including

pasta, rice and cereals - and then meat. And all these products will be listed in our
