it is with great thankfulness that I would like to acknowledge all the persons who assisted me ,supported me, and helped me during my internship. First of all, I would like to thank and acknowledge my supervisor and my English teacher Mr.TALIBI, for giving me advices before and during the training.

I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to my English teachers ,Mrs Lucy Jane Padget and Mrs Claire Johnstone ,as well as to Mr.Achraf the responsible of british way who provided me all the needed information and helped me during all the course of the accomplishement of my internship, so I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their contribution and effort in helping us reach a great English level in speaking and writing. Finally, I would like to thank the techno park of Tangier and all its staff for welcoming us among them .


Introduction:

 English is the most important language in the world,  English may not be the most spoken language in the world, but it is the official language in a large number of countries. It is estimated that the number of people in the world that use in English to communicate on a regular basis is 2 billion.also  English is the dominant business language and it has become almost a necessity for people to speak English if they are to enter a global workforce, research from all over the world shows that cross-border business communication is most often conducted in English. Its importance in the global market place therefore can not be understated, learning English really can change your life.
