In this drawing, we can see 3 buildings, 3 peoples and a baby. The first building on the right is a notary office, the second building on the left is a mortgage loan company and the third building on the background is an auction house. The door of the mortgage is open and the shop is next to the Notary public. Betweet the first and second building there are a man is look like a lender agent because he holds in this hands an mortgage document from Mr Broke's house, another man with his baby who looks poor because he has holes in his jeans. The lender wants the notary to act the document but the door of the Notary public is closed, the notary seems to be stressed and has lot of work, on this desk there a big pile of papers.
