I did my internship at Renault Bethune. The company is located in Fouquiere les Bethune. The Bethune company is one of two companies that Debacker Alexandre leads

The company located in Bethune is the biggest of the two, but is also big than the Carvin, and St Omer dealerships.

At Renault Bethune, there is sixty employees (secretary, mechanics, sellers, accounting) the company represents (five hundred and thirty-three million nine hundred and fourty one thousand one hundred and thirteen €) of share capital, she realised a turnover gnof (fifty-eight million seven hundred and seventy thousand €)

The renault group is a french automobile constructeur. He is linked with the japanese constructeur nissan

I assisted the seller from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. I was in charged of the customer reception and to give them informations. Except one day when I was completely autonomous with customers for the purchase of a vehicle

With the seller, I could work on the different behaviours of the customers and the using of the operating system (for example a system to order)

During the test of different car, I know the characteristic of them, and I can give the best information to the costumer.

I was really involved in the life of the company, there was a great working atmosphere, to do a good job. my tutor helped me with customer behavior, the language to use and the use of the internal computer system "AUTOSPHERE" for example for all that is funding

But I had some difficulty with clients to give them information because I didn't really know the model and the information was too precise.

I was satisfied and very happy even if at the beginning, entering the working world was not easy.

I discovered the attention that the seller gives to the customer, I saw that the small details towards the customers sometimes make the difference. I have developed my oral skills; it is the basis for making a good seller.


I need to do the first step toward the customers, with the experience the welcome will become better. 
At the end i could make a good greeting, communicate with the customers and i can use normally the diferent systems of communication.

In my personnel speech, the team helped me when i had difficulties. it contributes to make my stay very pleasant and i appreciate the fact that i was guided all along my internship.

This confirmed my orientation, I am going to work in the automotive industry, and I would like to continue working at renault because they offered hybrid vehicles, and in my opinion, they are in the best of the automotive market today and they represent the future.

This convinced me to follow my studies at the Renault school to specialize in the brand. Moreover, they offered me a work-study program with them which will allow me to progress as a seller.
