: Do you think that studying Philosophy at school is useful ?

To what extent would you be ready/ able to go/ study/ settle abroad ?

Plan à suivre :

1 – Always start speaking about the subject / topic in general

ex : give definition(s) or « some people think that... » or

use« one/you/we can suppose that... »= “on peut penser que”

2 -a) Announce the problematic : « …? »

3 b) then, say « to answer this question, we will deal weigh the pros and the cons

or : we will talk about the advantages and the drawback

or : one will study the positive and negative sides/ aspects of...

4 – scrap paper : draw a grid and write very briefly all yours ideas

5 start writing part 1 of your essay, using all the arguments in column 1 :

7 you can conclude and give your own personal point of view, using « I »
