The notion I'm going to deal with is "places and forms of power"

First let me definie the notion.the power is the ability to control or influence people.

Nowadays in the usa the weapons are everywhere. No other developed country in the world has anywhere near the same rate of gun violence as America.

 When the children were born, they are immersed  in the america culture of arms, through the cartoon, the poster of the movies, and the society around them. So they grew up with the fact that to have a gun is totally normal and they think that it’s like a toys

(It may seem unthinkable in France, but there are gun shows in the United States, gun fairs, where all the arsenal available on the market is presented.) 

Why do american people associate the power with the gun ?

First and foremost The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution protects the individual right to keep and bear arms. It was ratified on December 15, 1791 as part of the Bill of Rights. Since a long time american people need to proctect themself by the ownership of a gun.

Since the 2nd admendment there were sometimes and too much mass shootings. A mass shooting is an incident involving multiple victims of gun violence. In April 1999 in Columbine there have been a mass shooting in a school. It was a slaughter. There were 2 murderer who were not old. There were only 18 years old. When we are 18 years old we just have to have fun with friends and don't think to kill some people. But these people bought weapons and kill 13 students and injured24 students

Few month after columbine attack the mother of a killer decided to speak. She pay tribute to the victims. She felt very shame anger, she didn’t think that her son was like this. And for her it’s very hard to step forward.

there have been others attack in the usa like sandy hook, 77 after the columbine mass shooting

that mass shooting openned the eyes of the citizens so there are

II)different ways to protest

Everybody want to put and en to school shooting.

After every mass shooting, the debate over guns and gun violence starts up once again. But the government only send prayers to the family’s victims and it’s not enough. American people created a anti gun assocation to prevent the mass shooting. I think that if was an american students i would join an anti gun association and i would protest throug speeches !

Moreover to prevent that mass shooting we saw a woman who are grieving, doing a speech in front of the TV channel and a public. In her speech we feel her anger about the lack of actions of politicians.

The « moms demand action » are an association of mother who want to stop the mass shooting by creating poster with the aim to schok the american peope. There is a poster with two adults one woman is holding an assault riffle in a market and a man topless. It shows us the absurdity of the laws because we can go with an assault but not topeless
