G men : What do you want darling ? Sparkling wine ?

G women : Yes with pleasure.

W : Okay, do you prefere a sparkling rather corsé or fine ?

G men : I prefere fine sparkling wine.

G women : I will take the same.

W : Right, can I propose to you a Cava produce with traditionnelle methode ? It’s spain sparkling wine.

G women : What is the taste ? Because we prefere sweet taste.

W : This sparkling wine has aromas of pear, melon, toast and spice.

G men ; Okay, let’s try it.

W : I bring you thos right now.

G : Thank you.

The waiter come back with the bottle of Cava.

G women : At the nose it looks good !

G men : I’m right with you, it smell fruity.

G women : But it is too much lively for us I think.

G men : Can you propose to us an ultra fine sparkling wine please ?

W : Yes, I bring you a Champagne.

G women ; Perfect, thank you.

W : Of course this Champagne come from France, the grapes varieties are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

G men : It’s good, it suits us.

G women : Taste the Champagne !

W : Good tasting madame, sir.

G men : Perfect ! There is always this little sweet taste !

G women : Yes, in mouth we have a complex bouquet that was expected.

G men : Thank you for your advices.
