With reference to relevant ICHRM theoretical and research material, critically analyse the role of any two functions from the four given below

a) Strategic Management Approach to Human Resource Management

b) Performance Management

Word limit: 2500 words (+/_ 10%) for each question

• Thorough literature review must be evident.

• Discussion and debate on the above mentioned topics should be seen.

• There must be sufficient linkage between theory and practice.

• Harvard style of references should be used

2. Literature Review-20 marks (800 words)

3. Critical Analysis- 50 marks ( 1200 words)

4. Conclusions- 250 words (10 marks) (and possibly recommendations)
