Dear Strategy Setting Super Summit Participant:

I want to extend a warm welcome to you to my “Premier” Strategy Setting Super Summit.  I believe this event and home study course will be one of the finest and most results producing programs I have ever developed for small and medium sized business owners, entrepreneurs and managers, and especially those who have already taken advantage of my previous programs, strategies, products and information.

As I have probably told you, I have been preparing intensely for this program for over the past year.  And now I’m “down to the wire” and the last, BUT MOST IMPORTANT part of my preparation is yet to come…  I must learn about you, your company and your vision for it.

This document is the most vital part of MY preparation process.

This document is a data collection questionnaire which I have developed specifically for participation in the summit.  Unlike Brian Tracy’s questionnaire, who’s purpose was to have you begin the process of thinking more strategically about your business, this questionnaire has a vastly different purpose:  To prepare me and you for our time together at the event.  I expect it to reveal the subtle, but potentially key attributes, qualities and characteristics of your business, product/service and market, so that I, and later you, can create a blockbuster strategy for you to implement.

For me to perform an efficient and effective method of performing an initial fact finding, I have developed this thorough data collection survey specifically so that I can do three things:

  1. To intimately & clearly understand your business, your vision, your current strategy, your current philosophy, your operational infrastructure, your ability to execute, your sales infrastructure and your financial infrastructure at a detailed level.  (What I have found is that detailed information is vital for me to engineer an optimum Marketing SuperStrategy for you.  One which will be extremely tailored/customized to your business, your goals, and your ability to implement and to your company culture.)

  2. To be able to engineer a Marketing SuperStrategy which will leverage what you are already doing well, your current financial resources, your distribution channels, your human capital, operational resources and your intellectual property.

  3. To be able to engineer a bigger, better, more clarifying vision and strategy for your company, PLUS give you the detailed “field/command” strategies you’ll need to execute the moment you get back home.

This questionnaire will help me prepare (and you) for our time together on stage at the event.  By the time you and I are on stage together, you can expect me to be thoroughly familiar with your business and situation.

How to Complete This Profile Data Questionnaire

To support me in my efforts to help you engineer the optimum Marketing SuperStrategy and command/field strategies for your company, please complete the questionnaire in the following manner:

  • First, please treat this document very seriously.   It is my ONLY way I will be preparing to spend quality time reengineering your strategy at the summit.  Treat it as essential, mandatory homework which I will use as input into the strategy setting process.

  • Feel free to approach this document in any manner which would help you complete it.  The sequence is not important.  However, it is important that you be ruthlessly honest and accurate about your current situation, resources and expectations.
  • Please answer every question.  And please be as complete and as factual as possible.  More information is better than less.  If a question is not appropriate or relevant to your business, then respond with N/A (Not Applicable).
  • If you have the ability, please put your answers in red.  If you can’t, then please bold your text to distinguish it from my questions.
  • To complete this questionnaire, enter your answers directly into this MS word document.  When you have completed with the questionnaire, email this questionnaire with your answers to rick@abraham.com.  I anticipate receiving your answers by no later than Monday, April 14, 2003.

I truly look forward to working with you at the summit.  I can assure you--- you and the 49 other participants will have one of the most profound “strategic” experiences in your life, with the intent and purpose of massively growing your business, dominating your competition, generating the revenues and profits you desire and becoming a leader in your market and industry.
