Work placement at Jolivet

I effect my work placement at etablissement Jolivet ,  they are situate 217 rue louis mallet Bourges.

Etablissement jolivet is an retailer of olier and heater product.

I effect my tranning period during 6 week in june 2017.

I principally work with the accountant of the office.

My shemes was to transfer the information of our accounting software to an other accounting software because in january 2018 thet will change their accounting software so they charged me to effect this.

During this duty I call the accounting software supplier in order to enquire about the possibilities to transfer the software information to other software.

So I start to try to transfer the information of the software to the other software without help to the supplier.

After few minutes of research, i don’t succesful to transfer the informations alone so I go explain the situation at the acountant and if anyone can teach me how to do that.

She tell me we have an assistance for the software if we have any problemes with it.

So I call the assistance of the software to ask them if it’s possible to do the transfer.

After few second an assitante answer the phone and ask me what is my probleme.

I explain her the probleme and she tell me i will need to wait few minutes during witch she will ask if it’s possible or not.

After waiting she come back and tell me she don’t know how should i do but if a wait more time a developeur will be disponible in order to help me about my probleme. So I continue to wait.

After few hours, during witch I do accounting record, the developeur was disponible.

So he ask me what is my probleme. I explain him this one and he tell me he will need to take the hand on my computeur to show me how to do because it was hard to explain.

I give him the code to take the hand on my computer and he show me how to do for a familly of product, so I will need to do this manipulation for all the familly of product. I thanks him and rings off the phone. After transfer the information of all product familly to the software, I turn back to the accountant and explain her what I have do.

She thanks me to my good job.
