Management Team

The management team of Autarky Dairy Farm is responsible for day- to day activities of the organization. The team is also responsible for ensuring Autarky Dairy Farm delivers the performance targets set out in our strategic and operational plans. The team is passionate about the power of bringing the dairy industry together. We, the partners of Autarky Dairy Farm manage the Estate from office to through the farm. We lead on developing the farm’s strategy and its financial management, working with the support of our dairy farm manager, our HR department alongside with marketing department. Our team has also tried to maintain the three organizational levels starting from Corporate, Operational and Functional level in the organization’s hierarchy. In future these levels will help us to measure our organizational performance.

We have organized our dairy business by functions or process. To make this happen building an organizational hierarchy is important. The graphical chart will help viewers to understand how the farm is organized.

According to the hierarchical chart, the departments which fall under the three organizational levels are as categorized below:

• Corporate Level:

Chief Executive Officer.

• Functional Level: 

Production Manager, Corporate HR Manager, Marketing & Manager, Finance Control Manager and Supply Chain Manager.

• Operational Level: 

Personnel Department, Account Department, Quality Assurance Department, R&D Department, Sales Department, Distribution Service and so on.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The partners involved in Autarky Dairy Farm share some individual roles and responsibilities for the organizations. Each of the members are well recognized for performing their duties towards the farm. The members entitled to some specific roles are described below:

• Md. Kamrul Islam Patwary:

Kamrul is the Chief Executive Officer of Autarky Dairy Farm and he will execute the business and monitor overall administration of the farm.

• Md. Tanoy Hossain Sandip:

Sandip is our Production manager. From production to quality assurance will solely be monitored and controlled by his supervision. He’ll be planning and organizing production schedules. He will determine quality control standards, supervise the work of his junior staffs and labors.

• Md. Ashekul Islam:

The HR Manager of Autarky Dairy Farm. He is entitled to recruit employees and labor for the farm. Also he will be monitoring the immediate departments under him and will also make appraisement for the employees.

• Pritwhy Raj Purohit:

Pritwhy is a manager who will be handling the Marketing department of Autarky Dairy Farm. He’ll be responsible for promoting our farm, increasing our brand value, monitoring supervisors under him who are entitled to handle customer relationship and sales. Pritwhy will also be in charge of R&D Department.
