COMPLAINT FOLLOWING ORDER
We had ordered 400 sweaters (reference SWEA 329C). We acknowledge receipt of 350 sweaters of the ordered model and 50 other sweaters of a model different from our order.
As a consequence, we now wish a fast replacement of the 50 sweaters delivered by mistake. We need to have these items in our store before the month of August for the fall season.
We would like you to tell us about the shipment of the items received by mistake and how we should proceed. However, we expect you to bear the cost.
We understand that such a mishap may occur but we do hope that this will not happen again.

Our order has just arrived, but we were rather surprised because it did not meet our expectations.
Indeed, we had ordered 400 pullovers, reference PUL 329C.
However, on checking the consignment, we discovered that there were only 350 of the pullovers we had ordered. The other 50 were another model: 329B.
We would like you to send us the 50 missing pullovers in preparation for autumn sales; we therefore need these items by the beginning of August.
Please keep us informed about what we should do to send the 50 pullovers back to your premises.
We take it for granted that you will pay for the cost of sending back the wrong items.
Needless to say that we understand that incidents like this may happen, but we would be grateful if you could avoid them.
