WHAT IS STRATEGY ?

STRATEGY IS THE GREAT WORK OF ORGANIZATION. In situations of life or death, it is the tao of survival or extinction, its study cannot be neglected ( sun tzu, the art of war)

Competitive strategy : il n’ya pas de business strategy qui a un moment donne ne s’interoge pas sur l’avantage compétitive.  

Operating goals : la strategie a forcement un impact sur un grand nombre de departements ou de fonction dans l’e/se. Qui dit strategie implique qu’il y a beaucoup qui sont implique .
