HOMEWORK : Forrest Gump

        The movie entitled “Forrest Gump” was directed by Robert Zemeckis. This American movie was realized in 1994. The principal actors are Tom Hanks who plays Forrest, Robin Wright who plays Jenny, Gary Sinise who plays Lieutenant Dan, Sally Field who plays Mrs Gump and Mykelti Williamson who plays Bubba. “Forrest Gump” won many Awards like the Academy Awards, Golden Globes, People’s Choice Awards and Young Artist Awards.

        The character I liked best is Forrest Gump because he is very generous and funny. Besides he is simple but very engaging. What I loved best in this character is that he takes the life as it comes.

        The character I liked least was Jenny especially in the middle of the film because she always abandoned Forrest and she didn’t listen him seriously. Moreover she hid him that she got a son and that the father was Forrest.

        The scene I liked best was when Forrest discovered that he had a son called Forrest too. And when Jenny said he is smart, Forrest was very touched. This scene affected me a lot because Forrest wasn’t angry against Jenny and he was very happy that his son was smart !

        The scene I liked least was when Lieutenant Dan wouldn’t Forrest to save him during the war of Vietnam because he was very lucky that someone found him and saved him !

        I would recommend this movie to other people because it shows that although a low IQ we can do great things and that the look of other people isn’t important. Moreover, thanks this movie we can learn a lot of things about American history.
