Display of products: there were some displays with complete styling, especially coats and pants. They were two in this store.
Lighting: the displays were well-lit.
Windows make you want to enter: I personally like this kind of design (A.P.C.) so I know that I could find beautiful clothes in the area ( Le marais), so I find the displays actually pretty attractive.
Inside
Number of clients: It was around 5pm in weekdays so there were not so many people, maximum 2 other customers beside us.
Lighting: the lighting was ok, well focused on the different products so it was easy to see the colors proposed, as well as the fabrics.
Temperature inside: the temperature was good, it was hot enough to take of my coat but not too much so it’s pleasant to try the clothes in the fitting room.
Orderly shop: A.P.C. position itself as a high-end brand of creators and we can feel it in the shop. In fact, the store is very well ordered, presented. All products are presented in a single copy only so it permits to make room for more space.
Price on all the products: it was easy to see the prices of every products.
Welcome
Sales staff easily identifiable: when we entered the store, I immediately saw the sellers since they were talking between them. Moreover, they were wearing A.P.C. clothes so they were easily visibles.
Number of sales persons: they were 3
Waiting time: due to the fact that there were not many clients, the sales persons took care of us very quickly.
Spontaneous approach of the vendor: after their welcoming, the sellers tell us that we can ask them anything.
Attitude of sales person
The sales person is available: The sellers let us see the collection but they were always available for us. When we were moving from one point to another of the store, a sales person was with us.
His is kind and smiling: we were able to see the 3 different sellers and they didn’t have the same attitude since one was not actually smiling, but the two other were.
Has a precise and understandable speech: the sellers were clear
Dynamic and involved in the sales: it depended on the seller. For my part, the seller was not very dynamic, she didn’t propose me anything, she was just waiting for me to try the clothes that I asked.
If you don’t buy he keeps smiling: they were smiling almost all the time.
