PRESENTATION OF COMPANY

I did my internship with Renault MSA Vallée de l’Eure in Louviers.

The Company is located in the street of Paris, near Intermarché.

The Company employs 30 staff. It specializes in :

• The sale of new and used vehicles,
• Repair and maintenance of vehicles,
• Sales of spare parts.

The advantage of this company is that it’s falling a certain number of trainees to help students to acquire a lerger professionnal experience, but also to take advantage of new talents.

ACTIVITIES

This internship alllowed me to learn new things, new tools, a different ERP high scool.

My main tasks are :

• Invoicing and recording invoices,
• Greeting customers,
• Updating the customer information sytem…

Although I was the workshop side, I was able to discover another part of the company which is the business where I was able to participate in the opening of the open doors (OPO), the follow-up of the file and getting in touch with vehicles….

PERSONAL IMPRESSIONS

I found the experience useful because :

• I learned new things, new tools,
• I was able to apply what I learned in class,
• It’s an extra experience,
• I could see how a company works,
• I was able to discover other parts of the company such as commerce.

CONCLUSIONS

It was a valuable experience beacause I gained work experience for the future.

What I liked most in this company is the atmosphere because it’s a family and friendly atmosphere, there is a mutual aid between different services.

Then, my tutor helped me a lot, she took the time to explain to me.
