I. INTRODUCING MYSELF 

My name is LACOMBE Mélinda, I am nineteen years old and I live in Vitrolles. It is a city  located (25 Kms from Marseille).

I have my management administration Baccalaureate, it is an equivalent  of A level Diploma. And now, I am in the Second year of my BTS SME’S . A BTS is an equivalent  of a two year post Baccalaureate diploma higher in SME’S management, communication, Law,  management, foreign languages, computering, Literature…

In the future, I would like to work in a journalism or create my enterprise.

II. INTRODUCING MY FIRM

I did my internship during 6 weeks, from January 3th to February 11th 2021 in store specialized in household appliances, at Vitrolles. Is a city located (25 Kms from Marseille).

The name of the firm is DARTY. It was created on July 31th 2013, led by Vincent FLEURIER, the director.

This store is open and accessible to  everyone.

This company is a PME (medium sized company) because it has only twenty-three employees, the director Vincent FLEURIER and his employees.

There are some professionals who help their customers to feel ok in enterprise.

III. MY DIFFERENT TASKS AND  MISSIONS

During my internship I saw and did many things.

During my internship, first for all my tasks were to look, learn, and ask questions about the  environment of the store specialized in household appliances.

After, I also welcomed customers, and It’s was very interesting to welcome them, to be able to talk with them, and what they thought about it.

I also took some orders for the store. I made an order on internet to fill the stocks of the enterprise. It’s was very interesting to do this with Vincent FLEURIER.
