Of course ! I m a French 25 years old man and I’m single. I have always been interested in my work. As you can guess, I’m a workaholic. I’ve done prestigious studies at Polytechnic then at Harvard. Moreover, I play the piano, I have a golden retriever and I have an interest in sports which is why I take some time to continue my hobbies.

So what are your questions ? What do you precisely want us to tell you?

Firstly, I would like to know your feelings in your company, in other words, Do you like your job in your company?

Yes of course! Otherwise I would have stopped working since a long time! the atmosphere is very good in the company and I really like my work.

Yeah me too I love my job!

Which studies have you done ?

I spent several years at Stanford in San Francisco. In addition, I did an internship with Google before I was hired.

On my side, I only went to a small university in North Carolina for 4 years to improve my management and communication.

I’ve also an important question about your everyday life, can you describe a typical day?

Well, I arrive at work at about 8.30 am, and then it's a ritual: I start by a sport session of 1 hour, take a shower, and work till 1 pm. Then I've a break with my co-workers at google's restaurant, and I return working until 7pm. I come back to home and take the dinner with my family.

Whereas I actually stay at home all day. So I wake up, work, sleep and eat whenever I want. Therefore I don’t have a specific schedule !

Do you feel free in your work?

Well free is a big word… of course, I'm free to work when I want if I'm not at the office, but as I don't practice teleworking, I only work at the office. Then, at the office, there are many distractions and I can do what I want, but I've to work too. So yes, I'm free in my work, but without being free… Understand?

Telework inspires a real sense of freedom. The teleworker can give himself or herself the right to sleep one or two hours longer than the others, to sit comfortably in front of his or her computer and give way to a nice day’s work. Concretely, the employee demonstrates that he can be independent and productive at the same time. Moreover, being in telework makes it possible to better manage everyday life.
