Part 1 : A message.

1. The caller’s name is Nicola Smith
2. Her e-mail adress is : nicola.smith@french/escapade.co.uk
3. She wants an e-mail containing all informations she asks for, to transmit to her clients.
4. There is seven persons, quite young, in the group and they all want to stay in the same chalet. They want it near the coast but not in the Côte d’Azur. They are interessed in motorsport and nightlife.
5. In responce of this vocal message, Nicola wants an e-mail (because she is not available tomorow) with all informations such as details of where is the location of the chalet, and the local origins is like. She needs to know the village facilities, a rought price guide, a list of sporting activities available in the village and imediate locality, and of course if there is a nightlife.

Part2 : holiday villages.

1. I have to take in consideration they all want to be in the same chalet. So i have to search a accommodation that can accommodate at least seven people. For the geographical location of the village, i need to find somewhere near the coast, but absolutely not in the Côte d’Azur. Somewhere where there is sporting activities available, and where they can go out during night.
2. Laniac Holiday village is perfect for the group. First of all it can accommodate up to height people unlike Lizaru holiday village and Saint-Jean-de-Ré, whit a capacity up to six people. Neither Chanac holiday village, nor Cap de Giens can receive the group. Chanac is much futher from the coast, and Cap de Giens is situated on the Côte d’Azur. Beausite was a good idea, but Laniac offer more possibilyties to do sports and outside activities. There is Breton Coastline, at only five Minutes’ walk away from the chalet, and small lake in the private park. During night they can go out taste breton specialities such as Crêpes with Cidre.

Part 3 : The e-mail.

In Response of your vocal message, here are all informations you need.
I selectec Laniac Holiday Village. He is situated in Britanny really near to the coast and the chalet to a small lake.
All chalets of the village have a living room whith fireplace and an equipped kitchenette with diswasher and microwave, with also a Télévision. Both bed-rooms have one double-bed plus individual bunk-bed. There is a bathroom with separated toilet and a terace with garden lounge.
In the village they can found two restautants, a self and one bar that become a discothèque after 11p.m. There is a gym club and a heated poll. In the village too, they can rent and go biking or play tennis (12 tennis courts).
In the imediate locality they can enjoy wind surfing, sailing, fishing, archery or horse riding.
Here is the guide price :
From 01/04 to 30/06 : 78 euros per night
From 01/07 to 31/08 : 132 euros per night
From 01/09 to 15/11 : 65 euros per night
The caution is 200 euros per chalet, and have to pay on place tourist taxe of 1euro per person per night.
Kitchen and bathroom linen : 8 euros per person
End holiday cleaning : 48 euros per chalet OR by itself.
Suplementary cleaning : 17 euros/hours.
