My English teacher wants me to present Northern Island since the conflict to the class but I never been to Northern Ireland so what can I say?

For five years I have Gone there. First say that Northern Ireland belongs to the UK While the Republic of Ireland is Independent, say some facts like the number of inhabitants, the currency, the languages and the capital of Northern Ireland.

Next tell them the conflict named troubled from 1968 to 1998. Explain, the republican Wanted to belong To the Republic of Ireland but the loyalist where loyal to the Crown. Speak about Bloody Sunday.

After present Derry-Londonderry in the North of Northern Island. The name of the city changes over the years, it's all so named the walled City. There are still many murals describing the history of the city. The different neighborhoods are symbolized by colors, blue for protestants and Green for Catholics.

 Speak about the separation between Catholics and protestant because over the past few decades, things have improved even if people from both sides haven’t come together yet. Today a lot of people want to bridge the gap between the two communities and think that it's important to heal the old wounds and move forward. We can notice this separation in the schools, if Catholics and protestants swap uniforms they feel awkward. Even if there are catholic schools and protestant Schools, there are now integrated Schools. In the integrated schools no matter your faith or if you don't have One you just have tout achieve the A level.

Moreover, the two communities stopped to Mary each other, now there is more and more mixed marriage, a catholic can get engaged with a protestant and there are almost no problems.

Finally say that the Troubles inspired a lot of Works, often about an impossible Love Story between two people from different area, who are in danger When they hung out together and if they are trapped, they are Dead.
