Exposé sur uber

• I’m going to talk about a topic that we heard a lot about around us : it’s uber,
• Indeed uber becomes more and more famous and takes an important place in our daily life, because it’s an easier way to move around in paris and in the suburbs,
• More ever, uber offers a professionnal customer services while being cheaper

As you know uber offers many services :  1) first there are the classic services , that to say the passenger transportation services with a car like the classic taxis,

For example, you know  uber x: it’s the  standard uber service that seats up four passengers, (three since the covid), and like uber say it’s all to yourself,

Contrary to uber pool that you share your ride with other people,   and also there is uber comfort  : it’s more  expensive but there are newer cars with extra legroom,

And threre are others,

• 2)secontly, uber offers other services like for example: uber lime : it’s a partnership  between uber and lime (because of pandemic of covid nineteen) , and on the app of uber or of lime,  you can choose to rent an electric Bike or  electric Scooter, In both cases, you'll automatically be taken to a map screen showing all available scooters near you.

Then uber integrates electric moped service Cityscoot in Paris, Like the other services of uber, you can open the app and locate the nearest vehicle around you and ride it,

And the last service that I gonna talk about it’s uber eat’s :  uber  eats it’s  an Online food ordering company, The Uber Eats app connects you with a broad range of local restaurants, so you can order from the full menus of your local favorites whenever you want.

Finally we can say that, uber wants to become a super app by providing multiple services in a single app.

 The first mobile app officially launched  in San Francisco,

Then uber has spread quickly through the world,

• Uber has many advantages, fist of all, the application allows you  to order a race and choose  the most  attractive price  when you want ,

for example the night to come back home,

Then you can  have the opportunity to negotiate a refund if  you encounter any problem with your race,

More ever it’s easy to call the driver in order to know where he is,

And according to me  the drivers are very pleasant !

(when they give us candies for example)

• You know  that uber has gradually become « the best means of transportation » , but uber has also become a big concurrent of taxis, because it’s cheaper and easer  to order,   so taxi driver reproch it to steal their customer,

To conclude , i think that in the future, uber will contribute to make the world smaller,
