INTRODUCTION

       My traineeship started on January 7th 2020 and in finished on February 1st 2020. It lost one month during the winter sales. I did it in the Diesel Outlet shop located in a shopping mall called “One Nation Paris Outlet” in Les Clayes-sous-Bois.

      I learned many things during this period concerning the sale and it brought me a lot of knowledges.

1. THE DIESEL COMPANY

             The French Diesel head office is located in Paris at the 23 rue du Mail 75002 PARIS. It is an Italian company created in 1978 by Renzo ROSSO. The Italian head office is in Breganze (Italia).

              Its juridical form is Société par actions. Its main activity is textile industry more specially jeans, clothes, watches, bijoux, lingerie, perfumes, glasses, socks, shoes.

             Diesel company employes approximately 3, 000 people in 80 countries. It realizes a 1,5 billion CA in 2012 dont 80 millions in France. It is a large company.

           I worked in one of the 29 Diesel shops situated in France. It is located in Les Clayes sous Bois , more precisely in the shopping mall “One Nation Paris Outlet”. It is an Outlet shop, that means its prices are less cheaper because the clothes appartiennent at the precedantes collections.

        I got there by bus and train. It took environ one hour.

1. THE DEPARTMENT I WORKED IN

             The name of my department is Diesel in One Nation Paris Outlet. It is a clothing shop.

            The name of my tutor is Mister Samuel Martin, the shop manager. He is the responsible manager of two Diesel shops : Diesel in One Nation and Diesel in La Vallée Village.

             I got very well with the Diesel team. They were young and fun. They included me very kindly to their team. I felt like a professional saler.  I worked from 11 PM to 7 AM. I had two break days : on Wednesday and on Sunday. I also had one hour for the lunch at the début of the afternoon and two small breaks more later in the afternoon ( at 4 or 5 AM for example). These breaks lost 10 or 15 minutes.

            In the shop, I could find a tea machine, a fridge, a sink and a microwaves. I brought back my lunch every day.
