Freelancer:

-Advantages: freedom to accept interesting work and to refuse dull work, Freelancers can determine their own schedule, they can focus on a specific type of project or client if they wish, Freelancers get paid more than employees do, self-determination, opportunity to show what you can do

-Dis: lack of security regarding job and income, no paid holidays, vacation, insurance.

Employee:

-Ad: fixed monthly salary, job security, routine, promotions, career path, You can budget your money more effectively with a fixed salary, Those who work for fixed salaries generally have long-term goals

-Dis: routine, lack of freedom, sometime you must work overtime, A fixed salary does not allow you to work more hours for extra money, sometime employee feel not safety about their jobs.
