Our team members make significant contributions that improve the quality of daily life for our clients, customers and in the communities we serve. In return, Sodexo is committed to caring for our employees in the same way that we care about our clients.
We know that one size does not fit all when it comes to benefits. Our employees come from all walks of life, with very different needs. From part-time student workers, to full-time employees putting their children through college, we strive to offer benefits that meet different needs and budgets.
For part-time employees, our benefits include a 401(k) savings plan with a match, an employee discount program, credit unions and service awards.
For full-time employees, our benefits include the ones listed above, plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, tuition reimbursement, and LifeWorks, a program that provides support for personal and work-related concerns.
Paid time off for vacation, holidays and illness varies by work location and unit.
