I would first like to thank GOD without whom nothing is possible.
INTRODUCTION
i’d like to present to you today is about unhealthy lifestyle.I chose this topic because i observe that the majority of people have an unhealthy lifestyle and do not realize the harmful effects on health. Furthermore, I would like to share with you the bad daily habits to avoid in order to have a better lifestyle.
I divided my presentation into two main parts :
First, i’m gonna explain what does a lifestyle really mean. After that, i’m gonna give you the bad actions we usually do, which are the causes of an unhealthy lifestyle.
DEVELOPMENT
Before we list the bad habits we do, what does a lifestyle really mean ?
A lifestyle is the way a person or group lives. It includes the types of social relationships, the way they consume, the way they entertain themselves, the way they dress.A lifestyle also reflects an individual's attitude, values, and view of the world in which they live.

A healthy lifestyle is fundamental. But now, because of busy work schedules, unhealthy activities and lack of time, most people live a life full of chaos.
Now, these are the choices we make that become the causes of an unhealthy lifestyle :
-Not doing any physical activities

One of the most popular unhealthy lifestyle choices seen in today's population is not exercising.
We don't practice physical activity because we don't have time or we don't want to make physical efforts due to laziness, but it offers many advantages in terms of health : physical activity not only makes you feel and look amazing, it also increases your energy level and helps you lose weight.
- An unhealthy diet
Everyone loves to eat fast food and this is due to the excessive consumption of these unhealthy foods.
We prefer to eat pizza and burgers which only give us fat unlike the healthy food which gives us energy with nutrient intake.

This lifestyle will lead to a problem of overweight, especially with obesity which is qualified as a disease. People with this lifestyle have difficulties to control their hunger and rush to junk food only for the taste and become addicted to these harmful products.
