FocuTribes is a consulting firm founded in 2016 by Aurélie and Mathias. A former product manager and a former consultant trained in large consulting firms.

The company is based in Barcelona. It helps companies to find the right IT freelancers for projects requiring specific skills (in ERP for example). The specificity of the company is to offer "made to measure".

The company's clients are large groups with large projects.

The firm's core business is therefore to provide high value-added consulting services to large companies with ambitious management or reorganization projects, often involving an information system (IS) component.

The company has a dual business and IT culture, it implements business transformations by intervening, on the business side, on projects.

The company has a selective community that develops through cooptation and recommendation, with an accreditation system. We currently have around 300 consultants in our community.

Before integrating a consultant into the focustribes tribe, the community director spends time with him or her to understand his or her expectations and, above all, to ensure that the consultant has the right know-how.

All the consultants of the Tribe have a great experience, a real know-how (80% were trained in large consulting firms), team spirit and are driven by personal values such as involvement, trust, transparency.

The community of focustribes consultants does not include juniors and offers a real after-sales service to clients, ensuring a replacement or reinforcement of teams if necessary.

The Tribe's freelance consultants join a community, but they remain independent: focustribes is not their boss, but they are never alone.

This collective model represents for the founders the new world of work, with a significant increase of freelancers.

We are currently 8 members focustribes working in the coworking Monday in Barcelona.

Aurélie, co-founder, is in charge of the constitution and animation of the community of consultants.

Mathias, co-founder, is in charge of the constitution and animation of the community of consultants.

Olivier is in charge of the development of several major accounts in France.

Jean-Baptiste, the CTO of focustribes. He manages the company's digital platform.

Wassima, is in internship, she contributes with Aurélie to the development of the community of consultants in Spain.

Lucas, in internship, works on community management in France with Aurélie.

José Manuel, in internship, joined the focustribes team to work with Mathias on the Business Development.

I am responsible for the digital marketing part of the company. My general role is to develop the image of Focustribes on the web.
