Introduction et conclusion rapport stage Master 2 Informatique

a. INTRODUCTION

As part of the Master Architect software, application developer at the ETNA, I made my two years of alternans in KYNOVA communications agency specializing in media and offline media and in the design and development of IT solutions (web sites, software, networks etc ....).

It was important for me to do my learning in a company such as KYNOVA. Indeed this communication company and design and development offered me the opportunity to discover another aspect of web developer. One aspect that we have very little discussed in the ETNA.

The different missions that have been entrusted me during this learning and the use of various technologies, prompted me to analyze what web developer profession.

These two years of alternans was an opportunity for me to work on:

• The design and website creation

• Maintenance and development of modules of ERP CREFOGEST

• The creation and design of applications Mobile

• Migrating an MS Access database to a database HFSQL

The organization of this memory take place over three parts. First we will describe the company and its activity.

Then we will address the different missions and especially the achievements and expertise that I gained during this alternance.

Finally, we will draw an overall assessment of this learning, by putting forward the skills that I have developed and making a link with my professional project.

c. CONCLUSION

The objectives of a pro contract are multiple alternating it must draw a double experience (immersion in the world of work and acquisition of new knowledge on company activities) and to bring to the company a profit as well in the form of new competences related to his training as his personality.

As I expected during my research, these two years of alternation has been enriching, both human and professional level and will be an asset to my entry into working life. They brought me new knowledge both organizational and technical and allowed me to deepen my skills that I have acquired throughout my schooling.

From a technical point, I consolidated my knowledge of previous years on web development notably in the developement of crefops ans vhavocats websites. Moreover, I have expanded my technical skills through projects. I not only learned by practice of these technologies, but also by writing technical guides for future actors on these projects.

During my alternance, where I was asked to carry out several missions, I was really considered an employee fully fledged. In addition, the trust placed in me my guardian and my colleagues helped me to work with them independently and in real working conditions.

I also take from those two years of training the importance of human relations in the company. It is necessary that the working atmosphere is the best to achieve effective results. Just as rapport with the public and clients are paramount, it is these relationships that influence the company's brand image.
