I have read on you website that you were looking for an intern to carry out clerical tasks mainly. That is why I would like to apply for a 6-week internship in your company, which will have to take place from May to June.

I am currently attending the 1st year of a 2-year technical college course in office studies (for small and medium sized firms) , and an internship is a compulsory part of the training curriculum.

Doing this internship in your company would be a great opportunity for me, since/as it corresponds exactly to my studies and the tasks I am trained for. Indeed I am completely able to perform admin tasks as I did in my previous internships in several French companies.

I have a good command of IT and software such as Word, Excel. I have also been studying English and Spanish/German for many years now. That is why I speak English very well. To tell you more about me, I would say that I am hard-working, energetic and I like team working. Nevertheless I have to learn to be more self-confident and I truly hope this internship will help me become more autonomous.  ( apprendre des mots de liaisons )
