The letter you received is a Perm 406 letter. This is a new kind of letter issued by the MICC. It's an on file intention to refuse the application The applicant has 60 days to provide additional documents to convince the officer to accept his file. The letter does not specify which are the documents to be provided. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze carefully the FEVAL in order to know which documents to provide.

Please note that the above mentioned amounts payable upon the reception of a notice of intend to issue a CSQ will be charged in addition to any other amount that might be payable to 1713M at the same time for other services rendered.
