        Firstly, the chocolate market represents in export product 156 200$ Canadian in 2017. Since 2014 this market going up to 8,38% per years. This is a very good point for our company. This market is divided in 3 part, the filled Chocolate it is the big part in this market, it represents 97 000$ Canadian in 2017 and its evolution since 2014 is 6,76% per years. The second part is the Pure Chocolate, it represents 52 000$ Canadian in 2017 and its evolution since 2014 is 9,46% per years. The third part is the Paste Chocolate, it represents 7 200$ Canadian in 2017 and its evolution since 2014 is 9,51% per years. The Canada is the fifth consumer of chocolate in the world with the consumes per people about 1,58kg. It is a good opportunity for the company to introduce the Canada in her market because it’s a very big country and her consumption it’s interesting. The chocolate market is marked 2 spades of consumption. The first spades are in the Valentine’s Day is represented approximately 10% of annual consumption it’s very important for a company to be present in this date. This date is important because it is the day of couple but is also an opportunity for women to deliver a box of chocolates to the superiors and their male colleagues and friends.
