Bulk Questions :
Most people shop in supermarkets (92%) and a smaller part order on the internet (7%). In general, people doesn’t really care about the consumption of local products, it can come from abroad or from a small local producer, it doesn’t really matter… 3/4 of the respondents know that the bulk exist, but half of the participants doesn’t use it, and even if the advantage about it would be the choice of quantities, the price, the way of consumption and the quality.
Restauration Part Questions :
The main budget they would spend at the restaurant with their friends and families would be between 10 and 20€ (drink and meal). the three most important factors concerning the choice of restaurants are the cleanliness, the quality and the price. At the restaurant, they don’t want to wait more than 20mn.
They’re mainly concerned of their diet, which must consist of fresh products and if it is possible, organic products for those who are accustomed.
Project Questions :
In general, they would be quite attracted by the idea of buying the ingredients of a meal tasted in a restaurant and by the way, organizing stands in the grocery store to meet local producers. The project can be the opportunity of tasting the local products in the form of daily dishes. Regarding the type of service in a restaurant, the participants prefer a table service. The quality would be the main expectation of our project. They don’t care about the offer of vegan or halal products. It would be very interesting for us to give them discounts on the Bulk part after eating a meal in our restaurant part. Almost everyone would be attracted to our project.
About participants :
Most responses come from women, between 18 and 25 years and craftsmen, traders and entrepreneurs, both on Orléans itself and at 50km away from Orléans.
