BREXIT

 The Uk's exit from the european union, call « Brexit », voted by a referendum will have a lot of consequencies for the country itself but also for the European union. Indeed, this brexit will bring to question the power of the EU on a global scale and more precisely, it will question to points that we will immediatly explain.

        First, the brexit will upset the EU economic power. Indeed beacause of the lost of the fifth  world power should considerably affect the EU economic power on global stage but also within the EU were the trade between UK and other countries of the EU will be more complicated and the importations from the UK will be more taxes. The Brexit also led to a drop the current currency, the euro and thus led to a drop the power of EU on global financial market.

        Second, the exit of the UK from the EU could cause the ending aggrement with many foreign countries like the Us for example. Indeed, the UK was acting as a plug-socket for other countries and could thus defend these countries interests in EU agrements or trade. UK was actually had a close relationship with US and was often defending that interest within the EU.

        In my opinion, the Brexit bring to question the power of the EU on global stage in an economic viewpoint point but it also bring to question the usefulness of the EU : If the fifth ecomic world power leave it, is this association really useful and beneficial for the countries ?

Thus, the brexit could gave a bad opinion of the EU and on it rôle at the other foreign countries thet could no want to work with it.
