We were founded in 1919 in Saint-Etienne. In 1917, two brothers CORNAND, Etienne and Clément, marry two sisters BONNARDEL, Lucie and Camille. In 1919, they create their workshop of food craft(home-made) pastas. This manufactory resale grocery products in a shop.

The headquarters is located at 5 rue pointe cadet in Saint-Etienne. There is only one store.

The company have a website : www.cornand.fr and FaceBook. We are the only ones in France to make home-made pastas hand-flattened. We supply luxury brands shops, average ranges shop, restaurants and grocer’s local shop.

We have expanded our operations to international like Spain, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Italy ..

So we have different ranges of products.

“Les Pâtes Tradition”, the base of the good food daily. Pressed in mold in Teflon or bronze for pastas short or flattened for the flat and long sizes formats, 95 references will enrich soups, salads, cheese-topped and complete dishes and will accompany the express or simmered dishes. “Pâtes Fraiches et Farcis” to consume immediately because they are ultra-cool and untreated. Made from semolina and not from flours of hard wheat and eggs ultra-fresh, they have a remarkable holding in the cooking: Fresh pasta: tagliatelli or fettuccines nature or in the basil, the lasagnas, the cannelloni and the gnocchi. “Coffret Design” aristocracy of the beautiful food. We are 8 persons to work in the company. During my work I am subjected to some responsibilities. I advise customers about our products, I phone potential customers and I fix appointments with them.
