I would like to thank all the people who contributed directly or indirectly to the development of my professional experience in a start-up.
I warmly thank my school, the Ipag Business School, which gives its students a very great
chance from their first year to discover professionally life independently. To be
considered as a real employee in a start-up from a young age is a very rare opportunity that Ipag Business School offers us.
It is a very beautiful experience that leaves each student find out what the life of a professional really means. Thanks to this internship, we have the possibility to learn more about the life of an employee, the adult life.
Discovering our qualities and weaknesses in the world of work is an essential thing that
taught us this internship thanks to the Ipag Business School.
I would like to warmly thank Mr. Michael VOLPINI, the director of MVIP Consulting, who welcomed me into his start-up in order to discover and understand the challenges of a young company.
This experience would never have succeeded without his agreement to integrate his business which gave me the chance to discover the business environment and human relations. This experience allowed me to know more about the job of headhunter and how recruitment procedures are done.
I would also like to thank my teachers from the Ipag Business School who greatly helped me during the internship search phase. This phase is extremely hard when you are still a young student with no leads as a starting point.
I would like to thank the team of the Career Center in Nice and especially Mrs. Iwona IVANOV who helped us closely during the activities organized by the Career Center.
I would also like to thank Ms. Fournier, coordinator of second-year students at the Ipag Business School Nice campus, who was close to us to advise us and help us along the way.

- Introduction
As part of the validation of my second year at the IPAG Business School, the completion of an internship of a minimum duration of two months was to take place at the beginning of the year.
My internship as a talent acquisition consultant took place from January 13, 2020 to March 20, 2020 at MVIP Consulting, an international recruitment firm specializing in engineering and ICT, located in Cannes.
The aim of this internship was to achieve a first approach in the start-up world, to understand the internal functioning of a growing company. In other words, the aim was to understand the problems of entrepreneurship in its most
various by participating in the realization of a project within a Start-Up.
My internship is due to three main reasons:
- First of all, the job market and human resources being two sectors that attract me, I proposed my candidacy to the company MVIP Consulting via an advertisement that I found on the social network Linked In.
- Then, knowing little about the field of office automation work. Discover the "Start-Up spirit" and agile behavior; this internship allowed me to discover from the inside a new sector of activity.
- Finally, it would allow me to gain experience with professionals and observe the internal development of a young company by understand the functioning of a Start-Up or an entrepreneurial entity.
After validation, my internship project is defined as follows:
- assist in the recruitment procedure
- assist in certain commercial missions
- participate in the administrative tasks of the agency
I thus integrate the agency in order to help the company in its recruitment procedure and therefore to seek and find the best candidates in order to offer them to our customers and meet their expectations.
Thus, this report consists of three separate parts. First, a part will be devoted to the presentation of the company MVIP Consulting. Then, I would expose the different missions carried out during my internship. I would conclude with an analysis, made with hindsight, on this first professional experience within a start-up.
