I) INTRODUCTION

We have decided to create a new innovant product which based on electronic technology, the idea tis about creating a T-shirt with touch screen that makes a few pictures on the shirt that we can change. The shirt can be recharged with a battery and have protection system that make possible to wash the t-shirt in a washing machine.

II) COMPANY INTRODUCTION

The company is called AJ ELECTRONIC ART.

Why AJ ?

A for Arba and J for Jaouad and electronic art , for creating T-shirt with light or touch screen is a new art : TECHNOLOGICAL ART.

The company is focused on creating and selling t-shirts electronic, online on website and shop.

the product is intended for a young customers(among 14-25 years) , we have choose this category because this product is concepted to be selled for young generation with its technological functions.

We have decide to open a shop in city of Los Angeles.

Why this city ?

Located in California, Los Angeles is the second city in the USA, just after New York. Its metropolitan area has just over eighteen million people.

It is a dynamic city, and the population is very young.

It is an advantage for us, because our goal in market is to target young people.

it is a « bling bling » city, focused on fashion and art, in full coherence with our project.

Why create website and sales online ?

We decide to create a website, because we wish to sell our products in all USA,

Maybe in the future to expand in Europe.

Having a website in addition to the store, allows us to avoid excessive stock and therefore less waste of money.

The website also serves us for advertising via social networks

We created two different charts to organize the management and good business developement of AJ Company.

Here are the different roles in the shop :

– OWNERS : founder of the company, manages the store, sales, orders with suppliers, makes decisions and innovate, create new advertising
