Presentation of a Low-budget Accommodation

        Hello, my name is ………… and I’m going to present you my project of a familial house. The notion of inside outside is something important to introduce into the life in this house and it’s generated by two willingness from me. The first one is the frame who is vertically read with parallel wooden panels each 3 meters. The second willingness is the garden which is at the heart of the house and which allows to separate the common spaces from privative spaces.

        This house Is designed for a rather big family because it possesses a big living room with an open kitchen and dining : these rooms take advantage of a beautiful view on the garden. We find also a double height over the living room. Next to the entry, we can find an office with three desks. On the first floor, it give a first bedroom with its bathroom, a library and a studio which has its own entrance with a big bedroom, its office and a bathroom.

        The second floor is accessible with the staircase next to the kitchen and leads to the third room and its bathroom. We can also access to a large terrace thanks to a catwalk.

        This house can take advantage essentially of the West and East coming light thanks by the large openings around the garden. Only some openings provide light coming from East into the living room and a bedroom. There is no light coming from the South and from the North because walls are completely closed.

        The combination of wood panels and concrete offer a good quality of life inside the house and a pleasant outside aesthetic.

        To conclude, by means of this regular frame, it is possible to let in punctually the outside in the house and also with the inner garden which is the heart of the house : it is also a big advantage to the owner. The browsing from the bedroom to the terrace is made around the garden in order to keep a connection with the exterior of the house.
