TO WHAT EXTEND CAN DEMOCRACIES LIMIT DECISIVE SPEECH THAT THREATEN DEMOCRACY PRINCIPLES ?

As George Orwell said Freedom is the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.. besides Some influent people have recently made hate speech that goes against founding principles such as tolerance and freedom of religion.

First law can be a way to put on the right track persons Then ,it’s a well know fact that education is the key to mindset.

Firstly , principles must be protected by law . In fact those laws would  discouraged troublemaker and forbid people to overstep free speech  . In France laws defend people from being defamed on the grounds of  their religion,  sex or sexual orientation . That’s why Jean-Marie Le Pen who told that gas chamber is a detail in history .got a penalty of 30 000 euros

Furthermore , democracies should banned  people who  promote a hateful message  incompatible with core values such as freedom of religion .  Actually recently  a petition was raised to exclude donald trump from entering the Uk due to his controversial speech about Muslism .

Firstly , it. Allows employers to hired hard working migrants and people from many countries. Who  bring with them knowledge and a different way to work  .They can learn from each other .   There are e abilitiesresearch and innovation, as well as technological progress looking for GERMANY  skilled workers. Employment opportunities will continue to increase, particularly in the healthcare, engineering, IT, and many other commercial an WORKFORCE

Furthermore,  It is generally believed that migrants are making the most of benifits whereas they are contributing to the economic growth due to their investments through houses , they consumtion and even through taxes for some of them

Then free labour of movement promotes a core principle : tolerance . In fact , it enables native workers to meet people from different coutries ,origins, culture and language without traveling so people will be more open minded  . Thus it tends for a less racist world because they  learn  to  accept one another For example in my school there’s student who had lived in other countries and that changed them for the better.
