Intro

We all have a hero in our life who influence what we do or the way we think. A hero is a mythological or legendary figure often with great strength. It is also a person admired for his achievements, noble qualities or courage. A hero is an object of extreme admiration and devotion, icon and role model. The first appearance of heroes is in myth. A myth is a fictitous story which can convey the ideals of given society and which creates or perpetuates inspiring heroic figures. It is also an ancient story dealing with supernatural beings or ancestors which are considered heroes.Who is the new generation of hero today?I will use documents studied in class in order to show the evolution of hero. First of all, I will focus on the evolution of heroes who is a mythological or legendary hero and pass to a real humain hero. Then I will show you who is the real hero today through the exemple of Emma watson and Muhammed ali.

1. The evolution of hero who is a mythological or legendary hero and pass to a real humain hero.

When we talk about hero, we all have in our head a picture of someone who are very strenght, who save billion life and have superpowers. Most of the time we hear some talk of those hero in fictitous story like myth. On the text called “Look up in the sky! (and right next door): popular heroes in America” by Kevin Lausé, 1992 the hero Peter Parker can be considered as a typical american hero. He became a superhero after he was bitten by a radioactive spider. As a result he developped superpower. With his superpower he saves the world and fights for justice so peter parker is the representation of a hero. But nowadays, a heroe are also someone who can change the world with his conviction. It is someone who fight for a caus2. The real hero today through the exemple of Emma watson and Muhammed ali.

2. The real hero today through the exemple of Emma watson and Muhammed ali.

Today, a hero is the ordinary people who hasn't super power. They became famous through their heroic action. For example Emma Watson, people like her because she played in harry potter. She is considered like a myth through the role of Hermione granger in harry potter. She has a role model for people particularly for feminists. Thanks to her popularity, she mobilises people to stand up for gender equality, she promotes the compaign”he for she”.

Emma watson can be considered as a hero because she uses her fame to mobilise people to fight for a cause like muhammed ali.

First, Muhammed ali is considered like a myth for his career of boxer, he is the only boxer who won the heavyweight championship three times. He is considered like a hero for his involvement in political fights which almost cost him his career, against the Vietnam war and for civil rights for black people in the usa.

Emma Watson and muhammed ali have a political impact on people.

To clonclude,today hero change. Before, heroes were represented in fiction story, they have superpowers. But now, they are real humain who are present in our life. They are qualified as a hero for they involvement for the defence of causes.Hero can takes a very important place in some people life and that can be dangerous
