To whom it may concern,

I’m writing to inform you about my interest and request upon my travel to South-Coast of Wales on August 1, 2020.

I’ve recently decided to spend my summer holidays in the coastal area in the South of Wales since I've heard a lot of recommendations from my friends and have never before had an opportunity to travel.

I plan to stay with my friends in Wales for a total of two weeks. We will be traveling by plane to Cardiff city, and I'd like to have a spacious and comfortable car for 6 people during my 2 weeks of the visit.

We will stay in Cardiff for one day to visit the city. Therefore, I'd like to have one room for two persons with a bathroom, and two rooms with twin beds and bathrooms in a two-star hotel.

After our day in Cardiff, we will head to Rhossili, where I'd prefer to stay with the locals and have our breakfast and lunch covered. Also, we will go on excursions that last within one day during this time in Rhossili, so could you please send me the necessary leaflets related to our trips?

We will travel from Rhossili to Cardiff and stay for two nights before leaving. I'd like to reserve the same hotel rooms in Cardiff as when we leave for Rhossili since we prefer to stay in the same rooms that we'd stay on the first day.
