My classmates and I have chosen to talk about the Japanese mythologies more precisely about the Kitsune. But what is the Kitsune?

The mythological system is based off the Shinto religion or “way of the gods”, which focuses on the purification of ones-self. It is the oldest religion in Japan. This system believes in a system of gods called Kami

There was a lonely man named Izanagi, who longing for a woman to spend his life with him. He search a woman. Until one day by the bridge, he found a woman named Izanami, the epitome of beauty and instantly he fell in love with her. He brought her to his home and they walk together.

He soon found that she was not only beautiful but intelligent and graceful.

Since living with him, the man’s dog had been vicious to her every day. One day, the day attacked so viciously the woman that she lost her heart and in a flash turned back into a fox.

In Japan, kitsune is a fox esprit. In folklore, all foxes exhibit some level of magical ability. Some foxes use their magic for good white others are malevolent: the “good foxes” are named Zenko.

The kitsune have nine tails. When a fox gains its ninth tails, it’s become white or geld.
