SCHEDULE 1 - CONTRACT OF ENGAGEMENT

Hereinafter referred to as the EMPLOYER,

And  RICARDO Jo

And declaring itself free from any obligation Hereinafter referred to as the Artist,

IT HAS BEEN AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1 - Purpose

RICARDO Jo is engaged in the capacity of Musicien interprète, within the framework of the festivalBREZA_2019which will take place from 6/29/2019 to 7/17/2019 in Sofia.

Article 2 - Duration

The contract is concluded for a fixed period, for the day of --- July.

Article 3 – Program

 Concerning the Artist See accompanying schedule. This program is subject to change. The artist would be informed immediately and new arrangements would be made with his agreement.

IT HAS BEEN AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 4 – Remuneration

For the work specified above, RICARDO Jo shall receive a gross remuneration of 590€ - (--- euros), including all allowances. The artist authorizes the employer to apply the allowance for professional expenses.

Article 5 - Removal

The employer will pay to the artist a fee of 300 € per meal as compensation for the meals taken by the artist outside his home during the time of his presence at the Breza Festival. The travel and accommodation costs (three-star hotel and breakfasts) required for the artist's presence for the Breza Festival will be borne directly by the employer.

 Article 6 - Obligations of the Artist

The artist agrees to respect the schedules and places of work stipulated by the employer. This work schedule is subject to change. The artist would be informed immediately and new dates and times will be fixed in agreement with him.

Article 7 - Obligations of the employer

The Employer undertakes to comply with all its obligations under the laws, regulations and collective agreements in force. He undertakes to pay to the organizations concerned the charges due according to the status of the artist.

Article 8 - Force majeure

Except in cases of force majeure as provided by law, such as war, revolution, fire, flood, epidemic, national mourning, riots, strikes, At the time of the concert or performances, in order to guarantee the execution of these agreements in their entirety and detail, it is stipulated that a lump sum payment equal to the above fee would be paid by the defaulting party, Either by default or by default, and without prejudice to any additional damages that may be claimed by the injured party.

Article 9 - Registration and advertising 

Apart from radio or television broadcasts lasting not more than 3 minutes, the artist may not be recorded, filmed, broadcast or televised without the prior agreement of the two parties set out in an annex to this contract in addition to The SPEDIDAM attendance sheet, except where the audio and / or video recording is for archival purposes only, the artist expressly authorizes the employer, for the duration of protection of the neighboring rights of the performers, to Make or cause to be carried out, by any third party of his choice, the audio and / or video recording on any medium, his performances within the framework of Festival Breza, solely for archives. In the same context, the artist undertakes to participate in any radio, television, photo shoot and interviews intended to promote the Festival.
