Our customer is looking for recent university graduates or 1 to 5 years’ experience to work at our Laval office – the kind who are obsessed with the latest business trends, who are great leaders and who genuinely care about the people they work with.

On a more official note, here's what you'd be doing:

• Conduct business analysis in sales, inventory and planning and present key findings and recommendations that will ultimately impact the performance of the company  
• Document and analyze business processes
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather data requirements, build analysis & experimental designs, draw conclusions and present findings  
• Use predictive analytics to influence decisions
• Produce project plans and report on execution status
• Participate and initiate projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our strategies
• Recommend and implement business improvements
• Contribute to instill a culture of Continuous Improvement
•  Build and improve reports according to business needs and specific requirements

What we look for:

• Graduated with a master’s in management Analytics, master’s in economics, Masters in Supply Chain Management, Masters in Decision Science, MSc of related discipline that touches upon enterprise decision management, MBA or relevant combination of education and work experience
• Have 0-3 years’ experience in a related field
• Have experience in research methods (quantitative and qualitative)
• Have a strong base in statistics
• Have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills in general
• Are flexible and can adapt quickly to an ever-changing environment
• Learn quickly and are highly motivated, resourceful, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communicator in both French and English
• Can understand departmental needs
• Have experience with SAP- an asset

• You will be reporting to the COO, who is located at the Laval office.
• The projects are linked to all aspects of the organization.
