STRUCTURE OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT
I would like to begin with a brief introduction on the American political system.
The government structure of the United States of America is divided in three branches:
1.The Legislative 2. The Executive 3. Judicial branch.
In the United States of America, the head of government (the US President) shares his powers with Congress and the Judiciary system which are independent on each other but at the same time depend on each other’s decisions to function correctly .
The country is a Federal constitutional Republic therefore the constitution is the supreme law of the land. There are many differences between the US Democracy and that of other countries since every state of the Union holds enough power to make their own reforms as long as it does not contradict the Constitutional powers and the country is mainly ruled by two political parties. The constitution of the United States explains the form of government that should be followed.
• The " shutdown " , what is it?
Literally shutdown in English means closure. The term refers to the judgment of federal government and services in the United States. A government shutdown is defined as a situation in which the government stops providing all but essential services. The shutdown is provided by U.S. law if the budget is not passed by Congress .
The federal government shutdown presents an unnecessary risk to the U.S. economy at a crucial point in the economic recovery. The funding has negative impact on gross domestic product and create uncertainty for businesses, consumers and investors.

This text requires one year deferral of the entry into force of the law on health, "Obamacare" , emblematic reform Democratic president , hated by Republicans . For the White House , no matter defer Obamacare.
The Senate Democratic majority , rejected Monday evening the bill in the House. The fiscal year that starts October 1 in the United States , has begun without a budget.
• • Sept. 20: The Republican-led House votes to keep government funded through Dec. 15, but only if the president agrees to defund the 2010 Affordable Care Act (better known as Obamacare).
• • Afterwards the Democratic-led Senate rejects and removes the House-passed defunding of Obamacare; sends bill back to the House.
• • Afterwards the House GOP asks that the president delay for one year
