The mobile phone has became an essential item for our daily life in the 21st century; it made our life easier due to the many advantages the phone have .

Communication has been to much easier. whit the phone you can check on the family’s news whit asimple act whither they are in the same city or in any corner of the world, it also makes it easier to integrate into the society especially in the adolescents. because communication now a days can also be throughout the internet using : pictures, music , social media. All that using the phone only.

other than commucation the phone is more likely used to accomplish our daily tasks like solving our homework, like a reminder of the our imp ointment during the day. the phone can save lives, it allows you to call the rescue who can even locate your position using your phone signal so the help saving lives, I remember a move that I watched based on a true story that hapend In correa  about a man who got stuck in a Collapsed  tunnel, it was his phone who saved his and allowed the rescue to know is he tell alive because he was stuck for many days.

But the phone despite his many advantages has disadvantages, it can goes from addiction issues to healt ones.

many people became dependent of their phone they can spend a moment without locking in it, and that can lead to addiction and spending long hours just staring on the phone and chatting losing connection whit the real world. Also several studies show that when using the mobile phone, several waves are near the brain that can lead to heal problems In addition, calling monopolizes the user's attention. Its use with or without the hands-free kit is a source of accidents. Indeed, the mobile phone, although prohibited at the wheel, is often and far too often used while driving. Moreover, the mobile phone is forbidden in hospitals for reasons of safety and precaution because it can, from its waves, troubled the devices.
