Travail de groupe sur les opportunités internationales liées à la coopération Sud-Sud et la promotion de la sécurité sociale pour tous:

Cadre: G20; BRICS; IBSA; SDGs et l'agenda 2030 (goal 1, target 1.3)

Actions:

1) préparation, identification et communication de bonnes pratiques Sud Sud dans le domaine de la protection sociale;

2) échanges d'expériences Sud Sud en matière de protection sociale sept sécurité sociale entre pays francophones de l'Afrique, en particulier : Algérie , Niger, Burkina Faso, Maurétanie,

3) s'appuyer sur l'école algérienne de sécurité sociale comme opportunité pour la coopération Sud Sud, à travers bourses et visites d'études en ce domaine.

4) analyser et adapter l'expérience du registre unique brésilien de la Bolsa Familia

5) utiliser la francophonie comme plateforme Sud Sud pour les échanges en matière de sécurité sociale

6) utiliser les possibilités du secteur prive pour la formations des réseaux

7) mobilisations des ressources pour la capacitation et les échanges d'expériences Sud Sud en matière de protection sociale, OSH, actuariat

8) utiliser certains pays comme "champions" en maître de protection sociale : les pays émergents pourraient donner un coup de pouce aux autres

9) création des système d'évaluation et d'alerte sur les situation de protection sociale en temps réel, avec des équipes prêtes à s'entraider à travers la coopération Sud Sud !

ALLEL SESSION - 10 November 2015- Linkage between South-South and triangular Cooperation and Social and Solidarity Economy and Cooperativism – Parallel Session (G4) 330 pm -5 pm, Antalya Turkey

The current panel will attempt to bring about some key topics as well as their South-South and triangular cooperation (SSTC) is regarded as an approach harmonious with SSE for sharing knowledge, experience and good practices and for supporting capacity development, technology transfer and even resource mobilization or the formation of international networks of social innovation. The ILO has been engaged in initiatives that have evidenced the complementarity between SSTC and SSE in the past few years, these activities have been presented in the SSE Academies in Agadir (2013), Campinas (2014), Johannesburg (2015), the LED Forum in Turin (2015). South-South and triangular arrangements can expand the impact of Social Economy and exchanges between cooperatives in national contexts by building regional and inter-regional networks and platforms for knowledge and experience-sharing. There are already many SSE networks between countries from the South, for example the Latin American Coordination Bureau of Fair Trade (MCLACJ), MERCOSUR Solidario, ASEC network in Asia, RIPESS, IBSA (India-Brazil-South Africa) trilateral development initiative just to name a few, which has been a major driver of South-South cooperation and exchanges
